When I looked up this word, it says 'headbanging is a type of dance that involves violently shaking head in time with music, most commonly rock music and heavy metal music.'
To me, my head starts to hurt when a kid keeps headbanging because he cannot get what he desires. Or, he would head bang to attack just to vent out his strong emotions. I feel for him, however, why does it take this point to get help? Or, I don't understand why things are not working out for him? (ie. breakfast, lunch, dinner) If he doesn't eat or sleep well, how can he sustain? Sometimes, he is very absorbed and 'eccentric' to the point that he is having a tantrum for the purpose of tantrum. He forgets what he wants in the beginning and becomes very unreasonable.
I get tired from working with him. I really need a break from him! (Poor mom has to face him on a day-to-day basis, 24/7) Sigh!
