True or False?

When we were still college students, you probably would remember the torturing fact that you need to guess true (50%) or false (50%) from multiple-choice exam questions!

The reality is that how much can you trust a person who is true or make false claims to you?

Person is a variable, which is subject to internal characteristics and environmental elements. In fact, I think that people are the most variable entity in the world.

I'm challenged upon the reality that a person who aren't closely related to me can be truer than one who is. I have to choose between trusting the person who is closer, or the one who isn't. I have made several attempts to verify the facts that the person who isn't closer to prove that the hypothesis is null or alternative. Is he/she seeking medical treatment and social help? Is there a real effect in terms of so-called therapy?

Ironically, how can you measure an individual's good faith? What is the probability of performing charitable actions in this world? (meaning no monetary benefit returns?) How much can you trust and draw a conclusion upon the claim between truth or falsehood?? (by how many percentage it's true, or it's false)

If you decide to trust a person who is close to you, you can make a Type II error; however, if you decide to trust a person who isn't close to you, you can make a Type I error (which can be reversible). How much risk am I willing to take?

Naviety can be one of my weaknesses!
I just wish that the world can be a better place for me to mend the broken parts made by the person who is close to me to the person who isn't close to me...
In reality, this would be my motivation to keep the game going.
Life isn't interesting if one is perfect! Life can only be complete when love can better help a person to overcome struggles and make little successes stage by stage!

I hope that Horacio is on the same stance with me in this investigative game of 'truth or falsehood'!

PS. I'm a big fan of Sherlock Holmes since mid-childhood... I wish that I still have the time to complete his novel series in English again.
