Sponsorship to a 9-year old boy in Bangladesh!

After the health issues experienced by my dad and Charlie, I finally made up the mind yesterday to adopt a child from the sponsorship campaign at church in the past weekend. His name is Apuro. I've chosen this child because he loves to study and play sports, just like other children here in Canada. (He is one of the older boys to be adopted, but he reminds me of pup Charlie because I brought older Charlie home when everyone wanted the youngest) I'm looking forward to being a parent for this child whom I haven't seen in my life! Most importantly, he can continue to study and live in a healthy home for growing up! That's what I want to see =)

I did not know that my mother wanted to adopt a child in developing countries before. When I told my family, they said that it is a blessing that I continue with the spirit that mom desired! I am very surprised!!
