Subjectivity and Objectivity

What does it mean to be fair? What is justice?
Sometimes, I don't know why I ask about these philosophical questions.
However, it would make total sense that both parties need to agree on the same terms, so that all of us are on the same page implementing procedures.

I guess I'm just stuck in-between the both worlds: when I do my job, I'm displeased by one party; when I don't do my job, I'm displeased by another. I keep pushing the communication, however, it didn't work and there is nothing I could do about it.

If these observations are all made accurately, I'm not subjective because people rely on the interviews to assess objectivity.

I realize that if the focus is our own ability, rather than inability, it will be a better way to put thoughts into perspective! Sometimes, if a coping strategy isn't working, it is challenging to break through and get help. I wish that people can focus on the best interests of others.
